Competitive pay- $32.00 per hour
Great Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Times: 8:00am-4:30pm

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
A minimum of 1 year of scheduling/MA experienceÂ
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures desired.
Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area. Skilled in computer use: MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
Skilled in accuracy and attention to details

Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
Responsibilities
Checking in patients
Welcoming patients in upon arrival
Coordinating the front ensuring all patients are being updated on wait times
Scheduling: Scheduling patients and annual appointment for the service
Rooming patients
Taking vitals
Communicating, and working with MA and providers.
