Job Highlights:
Competitive Compensation: Earn $85.00-$90.00 per hour!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Duration: 3 months
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Alternating between Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, and Los Gatos

Qualifications to Open the Door:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, dietetics/nutrition/pharmacy
Minimum of 2 years of nursing or registered dietician experience
Valid license based on location of practice as a Dietitian, Registered Nurse, or Registered Pharmacist
Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
Proficiency in setting up and obtaining approval for diabetic supplies, including pumps, and dietary needs for diabetic patients
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 2 years of direct diabetic experience, including diagnosis teaching
Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience, specifically in diabetes care
