Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare IT, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Epic Cadence certification
3–5 years of experience with clinical applications or related field
Hands-on experience with scheduling, referrals, and self-scheduling workflows
Supporting Ambulatory Orders workflows in integrated scheduling/referrals
Experience designing decision trees, workflows, and validation procedures
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
A Day in the Life
Configure and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling workflows
Serve as the primary analyst for Cadence, Referrals, and self-scheduling projects
Support referral management and patient self-scheduling workflows
Collaborate with Epic teams to resolve integration issues
Test and validate Epic upgrades for operational impact
Develop scalable workflows to improve patient access processes
Provide user support, documentation, and training across teams
