Competitive Pay: $140,000–$170,000 annually
Shift Days: Monday–Friday
Shift Time: 8:00AM–5:00PM, onsite presence required in San Francisco
Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Full-time, permanent

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare IT, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Epic Cadence certification
  • 3–5 years of experience with clinical applications or related field
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling, referrals, and self-scheduling workflows
  • Supporting Ambulatory Orders workflows in integrated scheduling/referrals
  • Experience designing decision trees, workflows, and validation procedures
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

A Day in the Life
  • Configure and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling workflows
  • Serve as the primary analyst for Cadence, Referrals, and self-scheduling projects
  • Support referral management and patient self-scheduling workflows
  • Collaborate with Epic teams to resolve integration issues
  • Test and validate Epic upgrades for operational impact
  • Develop scalable workflows to improve patient access processes
  • Provide user support, documentation, and training across teams
