MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
• Active California RN License
• BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA)
Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience (ambulatory setting preferred)
• Experience with in-basket management and patient triage
Preferred:
• Ambulatory care experience
Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing and medical interventions safely and effectively
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment, and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support a healing environment through compassionate, patient-centered care
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and communication
• Contribute to team development, quality improvement, and clinical excellence
