Are you a dedicated Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) ready to transform pediatric diabetes management? This role is tailored for you!

Position Overview:
  • Competitive Pay: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
  • Locations: Alternating between Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, and Los Gatos

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, dietetics/nutrition, or pharmacy
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Current licensure as a Dietitian, Registered Nurse, or Registered Pharmacist
  • Certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
  • Recent pediatric care experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
  • Reliable transportation for traveling between sites
  • Proficiency with EPIC software
