A Day in the Life: As a Certified Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator in the otolaryngology department, your day will be diverse and fulfilling. You'll greet patients, take vitals, and prepare for examinations, ensuring a smooth patient flow. Assisting physicians during procedures and administering medications and injections will be part of your duties. You'll also handle administrative tasks such as collecting patient information, managing authorizations, and processing payments, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.
About the Role:
Competitive Pay: Earn $35.00 per hour
Shift Days: Monday-Friday
Shift Time: 9:00am-5:30pm

Must Have for the Role:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Certification: CA Certified Medical Assistant.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, with strong back-office experience.
EPIC Experience: Familiarity with EPIC software for efficient workflow.
