Position Details
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour (AM shift) + weekly completion bonus for meeting 32-hour weekly commitment.
Schedule: Block scheduling ensures a consistent work routine. Must work 32-40 hours weekly, including weekends.
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
Start Date: January 13, 2025.
Location: Palo Alto, California.
Status: Full-time with mandatory weekends.

What We’re Looking For Education: High School Diploma, GED, or Associate’s Degree. Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of direct patient care in a healthcare setting. Certifications:
Active California CNA License.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Availability: Ability to work weekends is required.
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care to pediatric patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and emotional support.
Assist with daily activities like hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in patient behavior, especially high-risk cases.
Engage patients in activities to enhance their emotional well-being.
Support families with empathy and guidance during difficult times.
Respond swiftly to patient needs and de-escalate challenging situations.
Maintain a safe, clean environment while following hospital protocols.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.
