A Day in Your Life: As a Certified Surgical Technician, you'll be the orchestrator of sterile operating rooms, working hand in hand with nurses to prepare patients and anticipating surgeons' every need. Become an extension of their hands during surgery, ensuring a smooth workflow, patient safety, and meticulous attention to detail. Monitor vitals, collaborate with leading surgeons, and embrace the satisfaction of impacting patients' lives.

The Work at a Glance:
Competitive Pay: $72.43/Hr Base with $108.65/hr after 8 hours
Schedule: Rotating day shifts with possible weekends or holidays
On-call responsibilities
Shift Times: 6:30 AM-7:00 PM and 10:45-11:15

Gateway Skills:
Education: Completion of an accredited program recognized by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting or a formal structured surgical program (e.g., military services)
Experience: Two(2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
License/Certification: BLS - Basic Life Support, CST – Certified Surgical Technologist through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.
