Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri
Shift Time: 8-2pm on Mon-Wed and 11-5 on Thurs/Fri
Duration: 3 months initially (possible temp to perm!)

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: Two Years (2) years of experience in healthcare
Epic Experience
Job Requirements:
Greet and assist patients, addressing initial inquiries about appointments, payments, and schedules.
Insurance Verification, and knowledge of insurance plans.
Handle multi-line phone calls, screen and route them, and take messages for clinic staff and physicians.
Register patients, gather demographic and insurance data, and input it into the system.
Schedule patient care appointments, maintain physician schedules, and link authorization and payment information.
Ensure proper authorization and payment procedures are followed, including identifying services needing authorization.
Manage patient medical records, schedule ancillary services, and provide instructions as needed
