Job Details:
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 3 months (with potential for temp-to-perm conversion)
Location: Monterey, California

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare-related position
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an integral member of the clinic's patient care team
Perform clerical duties related to patient check-in/check-out processes
Administer and coordinate HMO referrals and service authorizations
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Address and resolve patient issues of limited scope and complexity at the front desk
Provide excellent customer service to all patients, ensuring a positive and efficient clinic experience
