Requirements:
Education: Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university
Experience 1 year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in Diagnostic Imaging/IR, PACU, ED, or Critical Care
License, Certification, Registration:
Registered Nurse License (California)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Basic Life Support
Pediatric Advanced Life Support
A Day in the Life:
As an IR Nurse, your day will involve expertly managing procedural sedation for adult patients across various diagnostic imaging areas like MRI, CT, and Angiography. You'll be proficient in IV therapy and ready to respond quickly for rotating weekend call. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to apply your critical care skills in a specialized, fast-paced environment.
