With 29+ million wound images and 5,200+ healthcare facilities using their platform globally, your code will directly support clinicians and improve patient outcomes.

You’ll build high-impact healthcare technology that directly improves clinician workflows and patient outcomes. You’ll influence architectural decisions, own features end-to-end, and help scale a platform trusted by thousands of healthcare organizations worldwide.
Compensation & Work Schedule
$150,000–$180,000 (CAD) annual salary
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of C# / .NET development experience
3+ years working with cloud-based SaaS platforms
Strong backend and API development experience
Experience building platform-based or multi-tenant applications
Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
Strong understanding of software design principles
Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments
What You’ll Be Building
You’ll design and scale backend systems that power a global healthcare SaaS platform solving meaningful engineering challenges.
Your impact will include:
Building scalable C# / .NET backend services
Designing high-availability cloud systems (Azure preferred)
Creating secure, performant APIs
Optimizing system performance and reliability
Collaborating in live problem-solving sessions
Contributing to architectural decisions
