Shifts: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (30-minute lunch break)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 4-6 years of call center or customer service experience
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in using call center tools are helpful
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working grave shift
• Cisco phone systems

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, triaging emergency and non-emergency requests
Dispatch Facilities personnel using internal systems (EAMS) based on priority and urgency
Monitor radio communications and coordinate responses during critical situations
Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and work orders in dispatch systems
Gather and document essential information from callers to support effective response
Track personnel status and ensure efficient deployment of resources
Collaborate with supervisors, security teams, and other departments
Prepare daily/weekly reports using systems like Microsoft Word and Excel
Participate in team huddles and 1:1 meetings with supervisors and managers
Ensure adherence to procedures and maintain high standards of call quality and service
