Your Superpowers (What You'll Bring):
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Active CA RN License.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Women's Health (Fertility/Reproductive Health is a HUGE plus!).
Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
EPIC mastery! (We love your tech skills!)
You're a problem-solving ninja, ready to tackle any challenge.
You're highly motivated and thrive working independently.
Your Mission (What You'll Do):
Be the patient's ultimate guide and support system.
Collaborate with physicians to create personalized treatment plans.
Educate patients on everything from IVF to egg vitrification.
Deliver test results and updates with clarity and compassion.
Keep medical records accurate and up-to-date in EPIC.
Triage patient concerns and escalate urgent cases.
Provide emotional support and connect patients with valuable resources.
