What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Computer Science).
Experience:
At least 3 years of progressive experience in revenue management and patient financial services.
3 Years of Analytic (Revenue Cycle) experience
2-3 years of statistical analysis experience, showcasing advanced data interpretation skills.
Expertise in Excel, including creating complex formulas, pivot tables, and dynamic charts.
Healthcare experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive analyses of financial performance and revenue cycles.
Identify and address performance trends, risks, and inefficiencies.
Conduct root cause analysis for operational variances and implement corrective actions.
Partner with revenue cycle leaders to enhance workflows and resolve pain points.
Present actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of a dynamic healthcare environment.
