Position Highlights
  • Pay Range: $42.00 - $87.00 per hour (DOE)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Employment Type: 6-month contract (potential extensions possible)
  • Location: Remote

What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Computer Science).
  • Experience:
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in revenue management and patient financial services.
  • 3 Years of Analytic (Revenue Cycle) experience
  • 2-3 years of statistical analysis experience, showcasing advanced data interpretation skills.
  • Expertise in Excel, including creating complex formulas, pivot tables, and dynamic charts.
  • Healthcare experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Perform comprehensive analyses of financial performance and revenue cycles.
  • Identify and address performance trends, risks, and inefficiencies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for operational variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with revenue cycle leaders to enhance workflows and resolve pain points.
  • Present actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
