Are you empathetic and driven to help others? As a Patient Access Coordinator, you'll provide exceptional support and make a real difference in patients' healthcare journeys.
We Offer:
Pay: $30/hour
Schedule: Tuesdays-Saturdays
Timings: Tuesday to Friday: 8:30a – 5p & Saturdays ED – 2p to 10:30p
Assignment Duration:17-week contract
Location: Palo Alto, CA.

You'll Thrive If You Have:
High School Diploma or GED requirement.
Minimum 2 years healthcare experience with scheduling/insurance knowledge.
A genuine passion for patient care and empathy.
Strong PC skills (Windows, Excel, Word); EPIC preferred.
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Your Impact:
Schedule follow-up care for high-risk patients, improving outcomes.
Act as a dedicated liaison, offering personalized support and guidance.
Facilitate appointments and help patients navigate the Stanford healthcare system.
Address concerns and provide practical/emotional support to patients and families.
