Required
- Masters level Social Worker
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical Social Work experience Â
- Inpatient, Peds expreinceÂ
- BLS - Basic Life Support
Preferred
- Experience working with high acuity patients and families
- Experience working in emergency rooms
- Crisis resolution experience for escalated family membersÂ
Responsibilities
- Responds to patient and family urgent acute needs (end of live, CPS, Acute crisis)
- Responds to Behavioral Support requests from Nursing/Providers related to patient/family escalationsÂ
