JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for calling patients for pre-op appointment
- Schedule patients for procedures
- Obtain imaging records
- Schedule clinic visits
- Obtains records when scheduling appointments
- Returns patient phone calls regarding concerns and questions
- Scans records into patient charts
- Case Intake & Case scheduling
- Maintain patient follow-up after procedures
- New and return patient scheduling (i.e., imaging studies and clinic)
- Scan and distribute outside medical records
MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School diploma/GED
- License: Office assistant: admin support
- Previous surgery scheduling and front office experience
- EPIC expereince
- Â
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Ability to Multi-task
- Good follow-up skills
- Strong scheduling background for high volume
- Referrals
- Record requests
- Imaging with LifeImage
- Strong work ethic
