MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Licenses and Certifications
- LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse
- BLS - Basic Life Support
Experience
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience in pediatrics
- EPIC Mandatory
Responsibilities
- Ability to thoroughly communicate with the patient/ families over the phone and in calmly manners
- Take all calls from parents who are seeking advice for their ill children
- Assist with scheduling as needed, follow up calls and appointment reminders
- Assisting with Triage in pediatric unit as needed
