Imaging Services Manager – CT & Diagnostic X-ray

Join a respected hospital team in Mountain View, CA, where you will lead CT and Diagnostic X-ray operations, manage staff and workflow, and drive operational excellence.
This is a leadership and operations-focused position — no direct patient care or tech work.

Location: Mountain View, CA
Pay: $75.16 – $112.74 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (start time between 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM)

Minimum Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, operations, or business required
Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
Licenses & Certifications
California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT)
Experience
3+ years of management or supervisory experience in diagnostic imaging (acute care or hospital system)
Knowledge of TJC, CMS, MQSA, ACR, and FDA regulations
Super-user proficiency in Epic and RIS/PACS systems
Experience leading teams, implementing new technology, and improving processes
Strong analytical and financial management skills
Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-10, authorizations, referrals, and revenue cycle
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily operational leadership for CT and DX imaging services
Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff training
Oversee department budgets, labor costs, and performance reporting
Ensure all regulatory and quality standards are met
Lead technology and process improvement initiatives
Coordinate equipment maintenance and replacement planning
Build positive relationships with staff and physicians to ensure smooth operations
