Pay- $25.00-$29.00Â per hour (Depending on Experience)
Shift Days: Monday-Friday; rotating Saturdays once fully trained
Shift time: 9:00am-6:00pm (with 1 hour lunch)

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Medical Assistant Diploma from an approved school /institution or equivalent documented training.
Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assisting experienceÂ
BLS - Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
Strong Back Office Experience
Strong Front Office Experience
Ability to cross train in front/back office
Preferred
Pediatric experienceÂ
EPIC experienceÂ
Responsibilities
Front and back office duties but Primarily needed in back office
Prepare exam rooms and assist with patient intake, including gathering medical histories and documentation.Â
Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, height, and weight.Â
Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures, ensuring patient comfort and preparing necessary instruments or supplies.Â
Administer injections, vaccines, and medications as directed by the provider.Â
Perform point-of-care testing (POC) and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.Â
Accurately document patient counters, test results, and treatments in EPIC.Â
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.Â
Sterile medical instruments and ensure exam rooms are fully stocked and equipped.Â
Monitor and maintain the integrity of medical supplies, including medications and vaccines.Â
Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments and verifying insurance authorizations when required.Â
Answer patient inquiries over the phone or in person, and direct messages to appropriate staff members.Â
Perform daily checks on vaccine storage and report any discrepancies.Â
