Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Medical Assistant Diploma or equivalent training
At least 1 year of Medical Assisting experience
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Strong back office skills
Strong front office skills
Ability to cross-train in front/back office tasks
A Day in the Life
Welcome and check in patients efficiently
Schedule patient appointments
Obtain patient vitals and assist with procedures
Handle authorizations and referrals
Assist with vaccinations and POC testing
Support front desk duties as needed
