Job Highlights:
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift Times: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years in Medical Assisting/Patient Care Coordination
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Experience with EPIC and In Basket Management
Strong front and back office skills
Your Daily Responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, you’ll manage EPIC in-basket messages, process medication refill requests, handle authorizations, and coordinate lab requests. You'll be the go-to person for scheduling appointments and ensuring clear communication with patients and the clinical team, creating a seamless workflow in a fast-paced environment.
