A Day in the Life: As a Medical Assistant/Scheduler in our short stay unit, you'll experience a dynamic blend of administrative and clinical tasks. From handling incoming calls and scheduling appointments to preparing equipment and assisting nurses with patient care, your adaptability and dedication will shine through, ensuring efficiency and top-notch patient care.
About the Job:
Competitive Pay: $30.00-$35.00 an hour
Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday (No weekends or Holidays)
Shift Times: 8:00AM-4:30PM (subject to change)
Contract Duration: Open
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Palo Alto, California

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Medical Assistant Training/Experience (required) and Certification (preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assisting experience
Front and Back Office experience
BLS - Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
Epic Experience
Appointment Scheduling
