About:
- Competitive pay- $32.00 per hour

Required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of scheduling/MA experienceÂ
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures desired.
- Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area. Skilled in computer use: MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Skilled in accuracy and attention to details
- Epic
- Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Checking in patients
- Welcoming patients in upon arrival
- Coordinating the front ensuring all patients are being updated on wait times
- Scheduling: Scheduling patients and annual appointment for the service
- Rooming patients
- Taking vitals
- Communicating, and working with MA and providers.
