A Day in the Life: As an Office Assistant IV/Front Desk Registrar, you'll play a diverse and vital role in supporting the clinic's daily operations. From managing schedules and providing administrative assistance to coordinating with providers and ensuring seamless patient experiences, your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining an efficient and patient-focused environment at the Bass Center.
About the Job:
Competitive Pay: $30.00 an hour
Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Times: 8:00AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5:00PM
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks; possibility of extension
ASAP Start
Location: Palo Alto, California

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years in scheduling and Front Desk
EPIC Experience
Strong scheduling experience
Administrative experience in a clinic setting
