Position Highlights:
Pay: $21.13-$28.17 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, rotating weekends, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Location: Newark, California
Contract Length: 3-6 Months, starting September 16th
On-Call: Available but not required—on a volunteer basis

What We’re Looking For:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 1+ year in a healthcare setting or 2+ years in a customer service role (hospitality, banking, etc.)
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, Epic, Jabber, and Teams
What Your Day Will Look Like:
As a Patient Administrative Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, expertly managing schedules, coordinating care, and ensuring smooth operations. Your role will involve guiding patients through their healthcare journey, addressing their concerns with empathy, and facilitating seamless communication between providers and patients. Every day will bring new challenges and the satisfaction of knowing you're making a difference.
