Position Details
Compensation: $59.85 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with three weekend shifts per month
Licensure:Â Active Physical Therapist license in California
Certification:Â BLS (American Heart Association) or eligibility to obtain
Experience:Â At least 12 months as a licensed Physical Therapist
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patients' mobility and overall well-being. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough patient evaluations to assess movement, strength, and rehabilitation needs
Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
Leading patients through therapeutic exercises and techniques
Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Tracking progress, maintaining accurate records, and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Preparing discharge plans to promote long-term wellness
