Join Our Team as a Radiology Scheduler!
Be the first point of contact for patients while keeping our outpatient clinic running smoothly. You’ll schedule pre-op, imaging, and follow-up visits, manage patient calls, and support providers across multiple locations. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and skilled in EPIC and PACS, this role is the perfect fit!

A Day in the Life:
As a Radiology Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients. Your main role is to:
Schedule clinic, imaging, and pre-op appointments across multiple locations
Handle a high volume of patient calls and provide clear communication
Work with Nurse Practitioners and providers to coordinate care
Upload radiology images into PACS and keep medical records organized
Support clinic operations by ensuring smooth scheduling and patient flow
It’s a fast-paced, team-oriented role where you’ll balance patient interaction with keeping the clinic running efficiently.
