Competitive pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE)
Great Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Times: 8:00am-4:30pm

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of Scheduling experience in a healthcare environment
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
EPIC experience
Strong computer skills, phone, and communication skills
Ability to handle high volume calls
Preferred
Radiology experience (highly preferred)
Skillset and Abilities
Knowledge of and ability to use and apply medical terminology in performing duties
Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area
Ability to speak and write effectively at a level appropriate for the job
Strong ability to multi-task and collaborate with others
Responsibilities
Performs related clerical duties and office functions, including the registering and scheduling of ultrasounds, fluoroscopy and X-Ray radiology patient orders
Collects and enter patient information into record keeping system
Responds directly and promptly to patient inquiries including explanations of exams and exam protocols
Interacts with referring offices and physicians
Communicates sensitive information via phone, fax and in writing to appropriate resources
Communicates with patients, families, staff and clinicians
