Required:
Minimum one (1) year of Radiology Tech experience
California State Fluoroscopic Permit (RTF)
ARRT-RTR - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Diagnostic Radiology Certification
Certified by the State of California Department of Health Services in Diagnostic Radiology (CRT)
Basic Life Support - BLS - American Heart Association (AHA)
A Day in the Life:
The Radiology Tech performs a variety of simple to complex radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures. You’ll operate radiographic equipment to make radiographs of designated portions of the body, transfer images, archive, and perform appropriate imaging protocols. As an independent technologist, you will work in various diagnostic areas, including emergency and after-hours procedures.
