Required:Â
Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university (BSN Preferred)
CA RN License (Registered Nurse)
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Experience working in outpatient surgery center (triage, post op care, patient education)
Preferred:Â
Urology Experience Highly preferredÂ

Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based, hands-on nursing care within the scope of practice and hospital policies
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Educate patients and families to promote self-care and prevent complications
Monitor patient progress and adjust nursing interventions accordingly
Support a healing environment with emotional support and patient advocacy
Participate in professional development, teaching, and unit improvement initiatives
Utilize technology for documentation and communication
Demonstrate leadership and contribute to positive team dynamics
