Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for patient care coordination? We're looking for an RN Coordinator to join our team, providing essential healthcare guidance and ensuring patients receive timely, accurate care. If you excel in symptom assessment, triaging, and communication, this role is for you!
Position Details
Pay: $64.00 - $80.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Redwood City
Duration: 13 weeks (temp-to-perm opportunity)

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
Active RN License
BLS Certification
2+ years of recent outpatient clinical experience
1 year of Inpatient experience
Triage experience
Epic & In-basket experience
GI Experience
A Day in the Life
As an RN Coordinator, you'll assess patient needs, coordinate care, and ensure seamless transitions between providers. Your role will include scheduling appointments, handling patient in-baskets, and ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time. Your organizational and communication skills will directly impact healthcare efficiency and patient outcomes.
