• Personalized service MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
High School Diploma
Licenses and Certifications:
Active California RN License (CA-RN)
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Experience:
Experience providing direct patient care in an acute care or hospital setting
Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, patient assessment, and care planning
Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Telemetry experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide direct, hands-on patient care using evidence-based nursing practices
Perform full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Monitor patient conditions, interpret clinical data, and respond appropriately
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, self-care, and prevention strategies
Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring for side effects
Respond effectively to emergency situations and activate protocols as needed
Support a healing environment by providing emotional support and patient-centered care
Maintain accurate documentation and utilize healthcare technology systems
Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and team collaboration
Contribute to staff education, mentorship, and continuous professional development
