Competitive pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour (DOE)
Great Schedule: Monday - Friday; Varying Schedule - 20 - 25 hours a week
Shift Times: 8:00am - 4:30pmÂ

CA Registered Nurse
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
BLS - Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
EPIC experience in managing in-basketsÂ
Prior authorizations and insurance verification management
Competency for Injection TeachingÂ
Ability to work multispecialty clinic
Recent Pediatric experienceÂ
Recent Pulmonary experienceÂ
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)Â
BSN (highly preferred)

Responsibilities
Prescription Management. Process and manage medication refill requests in compliance with clinic protocols. Â
Coordinate and manage prior authorizations to ensure timely care delivery.Â
Provide injection teaching and guidance to patients and families to promote safe medication administration at home.Â
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and optimize patient outcomes.Â
Organize and address incoming faxes directed to the RN folder, ensuring timely follow-up on actionable items.Â
Monitor and respond to messages, alerts, and tasks in the Epic system to maintain workflow efficiency for in-basket management.Â
Administrative support completing and managing school forms, medication authorization forms, and other patient-related documentation accurately and promptly.Â
