About the Job
Pay: $3,042.06 – $3,295.74 Gross Weekly

What We’re Looking For Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university
Licenses & Certifications:
CA Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
Nursing experience in ICU and Emergency Department
A Day in the Life of an ICU Registered Nurse
Start your shift by assessing critically ill patients, interpreting clinical data, and setting accurate care priorities. Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to develop and deliver individualized care plans. Educate and support patients and families on treatment, recovery, and prevention. Respond swiftly to emergencies, activating protocols to ensure patient safety. Use technology to document, communicate, and coordinate care seamlessly. Lead by example, mentor peers, and embrace opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
