Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
California Registered Nurse (RN) License
BLS, ACLS and NRP Certifications
Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience
EMR: EPIC experience
A Day in the Life: A day as an L&D RN involves continuously assessing patients from triage through delivery, managing labor progress, assisting in C-sections, and providing essential education and support for both mothers and newborns. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and lactation nurses to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care throughout the birthing journey.
