Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and its various roles.
Minimum a year of experience working with Staffing agencies
Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the healthcare sector.
Familiarity with recruitment software, including Bullhorn, or a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and healthcare professionals.
