Schedule: 12 Hours 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited university or college
Active RN license
Minimum 3 years’ experience
Previous travel experience
EPIC charting experience
BLS certification
Strong background in Utilization Review including: Admission Criteria, Appeals & Denials, Concurrent/Retrospective Reviews, InterQual/Milliman Guidelines, Care Coordination, Discharge Planning
A Day in the Life
As a Utilization Review RN, you’ll spend your shift reviewing patient cases using InterQual and Milliman criteria, ensuring medical necessity, and supporting compliance with regulatory guidelines. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document in EPIC, and play a key role in discharge planning and appeals/denials to support safe, efficient patient care.
