&#9;<li>Perform inventory checks and submit stock requests through Workday
&#9;<li>Answer incoming calls and emails regarding supply chain and accounts payable inquiries
&#9;<li>Route inquiries to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up
&#9;<li>Maintain accurate records through data entry and system documentation
&#9;<li>Support vendor statement reconciliations and invoice processing activities
&#9;<li>Scan, sort, file, and retrieve documents as needed

&#9;<li>Train frontline staff on handheld use and Lawson use in regards to their level of access and job code(s)
&#9;<li>Review demand patterns, days of inventory on hand (DIOH) and inventory turns to establish optimum par levels for asset & expense supply locations
&#9;<li>Assist with the creation of new par location set up to ensure accuracy to Lawson system.
&#9;<li>Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory and minimize cost across all supply locations
&#9;<li>Develop reports based around inventory par location utilization and metrics to report on daily, weekly, & monthly
&#9;<li>Monitor all inventory issues and ensures effective resolution
&#9;<li>Prepare and audit all daily cycle count processes and prepare reports for root cause analysis in regards to gaps
&#9;<li>Perform all duties in a safe manner in compliance with safety and infection prevention policies, procedures, and guidelines for self, patients, visitors and employees.
&#9;<li>Maintains all work and break areas in a neat, clean and organized condition.

As an <strong>Inpatient Pharmacy Technician II</strong>, you will:

&#9;<li>Manage returned and discontinued medications

&#9;<li>Applies established transfer criteria to determine steps for EMTALA-related requests, higher-level-of-care requests, family-requested transfers, same level-of-care transfers, and requests requiring financial clearance
&#9;<li>Maintains shared situational awareness with Transfer Center colleagues by communicating active calls, pending requests, provider connections and relevant updates
&#9;<li>Utilizes Transfer Center telephone systems, electronic medical record (EPIC), secure paging system (SmartPage), internal messaging systems (Voalte, Teams chat, etc.) and other electronic tools to support accurate documentation, communication and coordination of requests.&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Collaborates with Patient Placement to confirm bed availability, communicate transfer acceptance and provide estimated time of arrival for incoming transfers
&#9;<li>Serves as communication point between referring facilities, receiving teams, Patient Placement, and transport partners to support continuity throughout transfer and consultation workflows
&#9;<li>Escalates barriers, delays, unclear requests, capacity concerns or workflow deviations according to established Transfer Center escalation pathways
&#9;<li>Provides clear handoff of active and pending requests, unresolved barriers and required follow-up actions to Transfer Center colleagues at shift change or during coverage transitions

<strong>Responsibilities:</strong>
