&bull; Schedule: 36&nbsp;hours per week<br>
&bull; Shifts: Day shift (12&nbsp;hours, 3 days a week)<br>

&bull; Duration: 16-week assignment<br>

<br><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br> 

<br><strong>Education Qualifications:</strong><br>
&bull; Graduate of an accredited nursing program<br> 

<br><strong>Licenses and Certifications:</strong><br>
&bull; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license<br>
&bull; AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications<br>
&bull; MAB or CPI certification<br>
&bull; LA City Fire and Life Safety Card<br> 

<br><strong>Experience:</strong><br>
&bull; Minimum 3â5 years of recent Operating Room (OR) experience<br>
&bull; Strong background in perioperative services including pre-op and post-anesthesia care<br>
&bull; Experience across multiple specialties (Orthopedics, Robotics, ENT, Plastic Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Vascular, Podiatry, Thoracic, General Surgery, etc.)<br>
&bull; Experience in staff supervision, training, and workflow coordination<br>
<br>
<strong>Preferred:</strong><br>
&bull; Leadership experience in Operating Room settings<br>
&bull; Experience managing multidisciplinary surgical teams<br> 

<br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>
&bull; Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room<br>
&bull; Support and coordinate surgical services including scheduling and case flow<br>
&bull; Supervise and guide OR staff, ensuring high-quality patient care<br>
&bull; Assist in complex and routine surgical procedures<br>
&bull; Ensure proper use and management of surgical instruments and equipment<br>
&bull; Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes<br>
&bull; Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards<br>
&bull; Provide leadership in adapting to changing surgical demands and priorities<br>
