&#9;<li>Performs patient care, including vital signs, weights, rooming, assisting with procedures, medication administration (vaccinations) and injections and other necessary tests.

&#9;<li>Maintains clean and orderly exam rooms, hallways and work areas.
&#9;<li>Effectively responds to inquiries from patients, their relatives and/or referring physicians on services and provides accurate information in a timely fashion.
&#9;<li>Provides information, referrals and customer service
&#9;<li>Acts as a patient advocate, coordinator and liaison in dealing with the community.
&#9;<li>Acts as non-clinical liaison/concierge/navigator for the referred patients in any way the patient needs before, during or after an encounter with the medical facility.
&#9;<li>Informs patientâs authorization and collects payment for new and returning patients, using the scheduling system.
&#9;<li>Collects patient demographic and insurance data and enters into systems as well as assigns medical record numbers
&#9;<li>Assures appropriate verifications and authorizations are complete before patient sees provider
&#9;<li>Assists with all messaging from the patient to the physician in a timely manner.

&#9;<li>Ensure timely coding of discharged-not-billed accounts to support revenue cycle operations.
&#9;<li>Collaborate with Clinical Documentation Specialists (CDS) and providers to clarify documentation when needed.
&#9;<li>Maintain departmental productivity expectations of approximately 2 charts per hour (14 charts per day) while meeting quality standards.
&#9;<li>Utilize coding software including Epic, Solventum (3M) Encoder, Audit Expert, CDIS, and Microsoft Office applications.
&#9;<li>Apply current ICD-10 coding guidelines, Coding Clinic guidance, CMS regulations, and AHIMA Code of Ethics.
&#9;<li>Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills while working independently.

<strong>Responsibilities:</strong>
In this role, you will provide clinical oversight and behavioral expertise within a pediatric ABA program focused on early intervention. You will work closely with children, families, RBTs, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. The position involves both center-based and home-based service delivery, with a strong emphasis on Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and other evidence-based ABA approaches.

&#9;<li>Oversee and supervise ABA treatment programs for pediatric patients
&#9;<li>Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP)
&#9;<li>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
&#9;<li>Supervise, train, and mentor Behavioral Technicians (RBTs)
&#9;<li>Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary clinical teams
&#9;<li>Provide clinical oversight for pediatric early intervention ABA services
&#9;<li>Deliver services in both center-based and home-based settings
&#9;<li>Support early intervention treatment approaches using Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI)
&#9;<li>Apply knowledge of Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) in clinical practice
&#9;<li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
&#9;<li>Ensure compliance with ABA best practices and organizational standards
